Drink 1 or 2 big glasses of these tasty drinks for 3 days and feel amazing again!
Kiwi Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 medium kiwis
- the juice of 2 big oranges
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 ripe banana or 1 Medjool date
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pomegranate Grapefruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- the seeds of 1 big pomegranate
- the juice of 1 big grapefruit
- 1/2 grapefruit (optional)
- 1/2 ripe banana or 1 Medjool date
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Matcha Lime Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- juice of 2 limes
- 1,5 ripe banana or 1 Medjool date

Yes, they can be refrigerated! I would say, it’s best to drink them within 24 hours.
