Just put all the ingredients in your favorite blender and pulse that baby!

(I actually didn’t put any maple/agave syrup in my smoothie, as it was perfectly delicious without it, but if you need it, go ahead!)

Ingredients:

– 1 cup green tea (chilled)

– 1 cup blueberries (frozen)

– 1 cucumber (peeled, sliced)

– 1/2 ripe banana

– juice of 1/2 lemon

– 1-2 tsp flax seeds

Optional: maple syrup to sweeten.

 

Instructions:

Put everything in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Hi! I really want to try this but I was wondering can I swap flax seeds with chia seeds? Flax seeds are hard to find around where I live for some reason.
