This flat belly smoothie is full of ingredients that will help you burn unwanted fat around your waist area and reduce bloating.
It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, unwanted belly fat is never fun.
Especially when it comes with bloating and you find yourself needing to buy new pants. (Ugh.)
So, what’s the solution?
A tasty smoothie that you can drink every morning. One, that will work on flattening your belly without exercise.
(Of course I highly recommend exercising, as it is super important for overall health.)
The stars of this smoothie are cucumber, green tea and blueberries.
Before you get all grossed out because of the cucumber…don’t worry! You can’t even taste it.
It’s also a good to way to eat more veggies for those who hate veggies, don’t you think? 😉
Use frozen blueberries instead of fresh ones. They are cheaper, you can get them all year round and they will give your smoothie a better consistency.
Just put all the ingredients in your favorite blender and pulse that baby!
(I actually didn’t put any maple/agave syrup in my smoothie, as it was perfectly delicious without it, but if you need it, go ahead!)
Drink this every morning for a month and enjoy your reducing waistline. 🙂
The Flat Belly Smoothie
– 1 cup green tea (chilled)
– 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
– 1 cucumber (peeled, sliced)
– 1/2 ripe banana
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1-2 tsp flax seeds
Optional: maple syrup to sweeten.
Put everything in a blender. Blend until smooth.
