My (middle) name is Kate. I am a certified nutritionist. I created this little corner of the internet, to share my passion for healthy, delicious vegan food. I think about food, like 24/7. I love it! But obviously I’m very health conscious, so I always look for ways to make a recipe healthy(ier). That shows in my cooking.
Why am I vegan? For all the right reasons. For the animals, for the planet and for my health. Becoming vegan is one of the best decision I’ve ever made and I’d like to share my passion for it with you.
I am a lazy cook. I don’t like spending hours in the kitchen. That’s why almost all of my recipes are easy and quick to make (with a few exceptions).
I also think, that tasty and healthy vegan food doesn’t have to be expensive. Sure, I like my amla powder and avocado here and there, but most of the times I try to make the best food out on a budget.
Sometimes I create recipe round-ups and health/articles. Because I love to collect the best recipes on every topic, and I’m also a bit of a weight loss expert. I have lost a lot of weight on a vegan diet and I’d love to help you do the same.
