Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

You don’t need any sweetener in this drink, because the half overripe banana makes it perfectly sweet enough. (Okay, if you have a huge sweet tooth, you can use 1/2 tbsp maple syrup).

Depending on how thick you like your milkshakes/smoothies, you can put less or more blackberries in it. If you are feeling extra health-conscious, you can use half a cup of spinach even. You won’t even taste it.

  • icecubes
  • fresh or frozen blackberries
  • unsweetened oatmilk
  • banana

How to Make

STEP 1:
Add all ingredients to a blender.

STEP 2:
Blend until smooth.

STEP 3:
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen*)
  • ½ medium overripe banana

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Notes

*If using fresh blackberries, add a few ice cubes to the blender or the glass. If using frozen blackberries, omit the ice cubes.
