Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie (vegan)

Ingredients

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Soy yogurt
  • Oat milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Vanilla extract
  • Banana

How to Make

Step 1: 

Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

Step 2: 

Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy (30-45 seconds).

Step 3:

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • ½ small banana
  • cup plain soy yogurt
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Loooove how creamy this is! I had to swap out the blueberries because I didn’t have any but it worked just as well. This weekend I’ll try it with actual blueberries though.
