Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 1 cup apple juice* (homemade or fresh)
  • 1 medium apple
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tsp lemon juice
