Sure, everyone has heard of deviled eggs but why not apply that same concept and make deviled potatoes? Frankly, I’ll be shocked if this isn’t the next big culinary thing! Roasted little potatoes, cooled, hollowed out and filled with vegan yumminess. They’ll be the hit of any gathering.
7. Lemon Elderflower Cupcakes
I think your family and friends will be super impressed with these fancy little sponge cakes infused with elderflower, filled with lemon curd, and iced with vegan lemon buttercream. Yum!

11. Vegan Italian Easter Bread
Italian Easter bread is traditionally a yeast and egg-leavened bread that is a little sweet with citrus notes. It is braided, similar to challah, and adorned with a dyed egg in the center. This version has a homemade vegan white chocolate egg in the center that is just way too adorable.
12. Lilac Lemon Cake

Vegan Easter Main Dishes & Sides
Mix and match your vegan Easter dinner menu to your liking. A hearty seitan roast for a main dish? Or a Spring veggie pasta salad for sides?
14. Sweet & Smoky Tofu Ham
Who needs an Easter ham when you can have Sweet and Smokey Glazed Tofu Ham? Seriously, people like ham because of the gooey marinades, so just take the flavors of orange and maple and transform some tofu. The results are heavenly good and no little piggies need be involved.
15. Vegan Maple Glazed Easter Roast
To many, a vegan Easter meal would feel incomplete without a lavishly prepared roast at the center of the table. I present a Maple Glazed Easter Roast. This impressive looking fellow is a vegan Tofurky roast jazzed up a holiday glaze made with maple, mustard, cloves, brown sugar and apple juice.
16. Seitan Roast
Elevate your vegan Easter dinner cooking game by preparing a gorgeous vegan roast with seitan that is slow-cooked in either an instant pot or the oven and resembles the texture of roasted meat. Serve it with a classic maple glaze or creamy mushroom gravy.

20. Creamy Vegan Mushroom and Orzo
This orzo recipe is about as close as you can come to mushroom risotto without having to labor over the pot while it cooks. Cashew cream is what marries the pasta and mushrooms. Vegan truffle butter finishes the dish and elevates what is otherwise a true comfort food to the next level making it one of my favorite vegan Easter recipes.
21. Pea and Asparagus Soup
Everyone needs an elegant, light soup in their arsenal. This one is perfect for your vegan Easter dinner or any springtime meal. Asparagus and peas don’t just match color-wise, their flavors are lovely together. This soup only takes 30 minutes and is vegan and gluten-free.

24. Mushroom Asparagus Risotto
I often serve risotto as a main dish and this recipe fits right into that practice. The rice is starchy and creamy. The mushrooms are chewy. And the asparagus offers a pop of green. Top the finished dish with fresh herbs and you have a winner.
25. Smoky BBQ Carrots with Creamy Chickpea Salad

26. Herby Potato Salad with Asparagus and Radish
This is not your momma’s potato salad, folks. It’s a reimagined herby vinaigrette potato salad full of textures, colors and zing. You know those pillowy, eggy, and buttery rolls with the signature cross cut in the top, that grandma used to make. I guarantee, you will want to try this zesty veganized version with raisins.
28. Herbed Potatoes on Whipped Feta
Did someone say perfect Easter side dish? These potatoes served with roasted garlic over whipped vegan feta cheese are it. Baby or fingerling potatoes are especially creamy when oven roasted. Taking the time to roast the garlic ensures that the natural sugars will caramelize while the cloves become buttery soft.
29. Springtime Pasta Salad
Nothing says springtime like a pasta salad loaded with spring veggies. Add whatever you like including, cucumber, asparagus, tomatoes and sweet bell peppers. Then tie everything together with the dill and garlic vinaigrette. It makes a nice light lunch or can be enjoyed as a side dish.
30. Herb-Roasted Carrots
This side dish has everything. It’s beautiful — chunks of tri-color carrots caramelized to perfection. It’s easy — toss carrots in herbs and bake for 30 minutes. It’s delicious — there isn’t one person at the Easter table who won’t ask for a second helping.

So many Easter traditions involve freshly baked sweet breads. This bread is vegan and walks the line between savory and sweet. With both rosemary and raisins, the flavor is unlike anything else. Enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or even as a dessert.
36. Carrot Ribbon Stir Fry

42. Vegan Lemon Bars
If you like lemons as much as I do, you will love this recipe for lemon bars that offers 2 vegan options, depending on your dietary preferences. Both are just absolutely heavenly though, so you can’t go wrong with either.
43. Italian Easter Rice Pie

Crisps are one of the best and easiest holiday desserts to pull together using whatever is in season. Rhubarb fits that bill for spring. Adding a few scoops of ice cream really makes it a well-rounded treat.
45. Vegan Limoncello Tiramisu
I love this lighter take on a traditional tiramisu with lady fingers, lemon curd, and limoncello. It is super easy to assemble and then you just allow it to rest in the fridge until the lemon has saturated all the layers.
46. Chocolate Babka
Babka is a beautifully braided sweet bread that is often prepared with leftover challah bread the day after Shabbat dinner to serve for breakfast. This plant based chocolate-y version is so good you will want to make it all the time, not just for Easter.
47. Mini Easter Egg Brownies
You can make these brownies any time of year. But for Easter, they are decorated with mini vegan easter egg candies. Just make sure to set a few aside before your kids make them disappear.

51. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Nests
Did someone ask for a healthy Easter treat? Did someone else also ask for that something to be no-bake? They must have been dreaming about these eight-ingredient little chocolate nests. Just add some chocolate eggs or jelly beans and your Easter mission is accomplished.
52. Rhubarb Cheesecake
For the uninitiated, rhubarb is one of life’s tart pleasures. Coupled with something sweet, rhubarb creates a flavor combination for the ages. This cheesecake has that epic taste in spades and it is also incredibly beautiful — like, “I can’t believe you made that” beautiful.
53. “Egg Yolk” Peach Custard Tarts
There’s nothing like a trick of the eye. At first glance, these tarts appear to be an Easter treat with a bright yellow egg yolk sitting in their center. But no! They’re really peaches, y’all, and they’re couched in sinfully delicious coconut custard atop a flaky tart crust.
Vegan Easter Drinks
Quench your thirst in style with these fancy and festive cocktails and alcohol-free drinks.

57. Rose Lemonade
There might not be an easier seasonal beverage than this rose lemonade. It is tangy and floral with fresh lemon juice, pink rose syrup, and sparkling water. It is refreshing served over ice or spiked with the spirit of your choosing.

Vegan Easter Recipes FAQ
Instead of ham, choose seitan or tofu. Both of these are basic ingredients in vegan cooking and are super versatile. They have a very gentle, neutral flavor, so you can basically make them taste and look like whatever you want.
The traditional Easter menu usually consists of some kind of glazed ham or pork roast (use tofu or seitan instead), a fresh veggie quiche, deviled eggs, glazed carrots, an asparagus salad and a fresh lemony dessert.
