Ingredients

  • 0.35 lbs firm smoked tofu halved
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp BBQ spice mix salted
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cover the halved tofu slices in the BBQ marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes. On medium heat fry the tofu.
