These Garlic Green Beans are a classic vegan side dish to make for the holidays or everyday weeknight dinners. Easy to make with fresh green beans, vegan butter, garlic, and lemon juice, they pair well with practically anything.

- Green beans
- Vegan butter
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
How to Make Vegan Garlic Green Beans
Step 1:
Fill a medium pot with water and heat it to a boil over high heat. Add the green beans to the boiling water, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer the beans for 15 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the green beans to a medium skillet.
Step 2:
Add the vegan butter to the skillet and heat over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and cook/roast for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3:
Transfer the cooked garlic green beans to a serving bowl. Add the lemon juice and season with the salt and pepper. Gently toss to coat.
Step 4:
Serve the warm green beans right away. Enjoy!
