This vegan Fall Fruit Salad is the perfect side dish, healthy dessert, or easy breakfast for the holidays. Fresh fruit is tossed in a creamy yogurt dressing to give you a sweet and refreshing dish in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients for Fall Fruit Salad
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Soy yogurt
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Apples
- Pears
- Grapes
- Black plums
- Dried cranberries
- Pecans
How to Make a Vegan Fall Fruit Salad
Step 1:
Add all of the dressing ingredients to the bottom of a large salad bowl. Whisk until you’re left with a smooth and creamy dressing.
Step 2:
Add the rest of the salad ingredients to the bowl with the dressing and toss until the fruit and nuts are evenly coated. Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
Step 3:
Serve the salad right away or place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients
Dressing
- ½ medium orange's juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
- pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
Salad
- 2 green apples (peeled and cubed)
- 2 red or green pears (peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 4 small black plums (sliced)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup pecans (chopped or whole)
Instructions

The pecans are a nice addition as they add some extra crunch to the salad. I wonder if hazelnuts would be a good substitute…?
Anyway I meal prepped this for work the other week and it gave me a nice energy boost in the afternoons. It also doubles as a dessert for me as I love fruit. 😋
