artichoke hearts, cooked couscous, chopped tomatoes, cucumber and kalamata olives mixed together
  • cooked couscous
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • kalamata olives
  • artichoke hearts
  • olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • dried oregano
  • lemon juice

How to Make

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber sliced
  • cup kalamata olives
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts quartered
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil leaves dried or fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • ½ tsp black pepper ground
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
