If you're in the mood for eating something sweet without sugar, make these vegan desserts that are sweetened with dates! Healthy and easy.

Ingredients

Vegan Salted Date Caramel Recipe

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter smooth, unsalted
  • 6 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak the pitted dates in very hot water for about 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, drain, then "massage" the excess water out of them.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth.*
  • Enjoy!

*Depending on the quality of your blender, your caramel could have tiny date chunks in it, even after 10minutes of blending.
