If you're in the mood for eating something sweet without sugar, make these vegan desserts that are sweetened with dates! Healthy and easy.
Ingredients
Vegan Salted Date Caramel Recipe
- 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
- 4 tbsp peanut butter smooth, unsalted
- 6 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in very hot water for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, drain, then "massage" the excess water out of them.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth.*
- Enjoy!

*Depending on the quality of your blender, your caramel could have tiny date chunks in it, even after 10minutes of blending.
