Granola Yogurt Breakfast Trifle – a high-protein, vegan breakfast that’s 5 minutes to make and will fill you up till lunch. You can put any of your favorite nuts or berries on top, depending on your mood.
This Granola and Yogurt Breakfast “trifle” is so my kind of breakfast for a number of reasons.
1.) It’s ready in 5 minutes and I don’t have to worry about getting hungry for hours.
2.) Depending on the actual season/my mood, I can put whatever I like on top and it’s awesome. (I also change up the flavor of the yogurt. But blueberry soy yogurt is my absolute favorite.)
3.) Protein! Lots of plant protein.
4.) Crunch.
5.) Granola.
So, yeah. This “recipe” doesn’t require any skill or experience. Just mix up your favorites and enjoy! Healthy, yummy, perfect.
Do let me know in the comments, if you have tried it! i want to know your favorite flavor combinations and so on! 🙂
P.S.: If you are making this delish breakfast for meal prep, I recommend preparing it in the morning, because the oats will soak up the yogurt and that’s not fun.
