Ingredients for Christmas Granola
- Rolled oats
- Ground ginger
- Ground cinnamon
- Ground allspice
- Pecans
- Pistachios
- Vegetable oil
- Maple syrup
- Dried cranberries
- Candied ginger
How to Make Vegan Christmas Granola
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 320ºF (160ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add the rolled oats. In a separate small bowl, combine the ground ginger, cinnamon, and allspice. Add the spice blend to the oats and stir to combine.
Step 3:
Pour the maple syrup and vegetable oil on the oats and stir to combine.
Step 4:
Spread the oats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Take the oats out of the oven, stir and sprinkle the pecans and pistachios over top. Bake for 15 more minutes. Remove the oats from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then add the dried cranberries and candied ginger bits.
Christmas Granola
Ingredients
- 8 oz rolled oats (225 g or ~2 cups)
- 1⁄4 cup pistachios (shelled)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ⅔ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (or any neutral-tasting oil)
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 1.5 oz candied ginger (finely chopped)
Instructions

Notes
- The granola will crisp up considerably as it cools, so don’t worry if it’s a bit moist as it comes out of the oven.
- This granola will keep for up to 2 months at room temperature in an airtight container. Pack it into decorative jars and give it away as Christmas gifts!
Tested this once already, and it’s very christmas-y! We will make this as one of the gifts for relatives.
