Avocado White Bean Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 tortilla wraps
Avocado "Spread"
- 1 avocado
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch black pepper
Filling
- 10 tbsp white bean cooked
- 1 small cucumber sliced
- 2 cup spinach
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cut the veggies and season them.
- Spread the mash on the tortilla wrap and add the veggies. Fold and and enjoy!
