Ingredients for this Vegan Waldorf Salad Recipe
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Soy yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Maple syrup
- Salt
- Little gem lettuce leaves
- Celery
- Apples
- Red grapes
- Walnuts
How to Make a Vegan Waldorf Salad
Step 1:
Lay the little gem lettuce leaves on a large serving plate or divide them into 4 small bowls to create a bed.
Step 2:
In a separate medium bowl, whisk the vegan mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt together. Set aside.
Step 3:
Add the celery, apple, red grapes, and walnuts to the bowl with the dressing. Mix well to combine, then scoop the salad into the lettuce leaves.
Step 4:
Serve the salad right away as a side dish, party snack, or appetizer. Enjoy!

- 1 tbsp soy yogurt (plain)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 head little gem lettuce (washed and separated)
- 1 cup finely sliced celery (about 3 stalks)
- 2 medium apples (peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup red grapes (halved)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

I’ll be honest I was a bit afraid of mixing grapes and celery at first but somehow they just work together! I didn’t have lemon so I used lime juice instead.
