How to Make Vegan Strawberry Overnight Oats
Step 1:
Add the oats, milk, and 4 fresh or frozen strawberries to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Step 2:
Add the chia seeds to a mason jar and pour the blended strawberry oat milk over top. Stir to combine.
Step 3:
Seal the lid on top of the jar and place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight for the best results.

- ⅔ cup soy milk

- 1 tsp chia seeds
For topping
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4 fresh strawberries (sliced or chopped)
Instructions
- Add the oats, milk, and 4 fresh or frozen strawberries to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
