  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • cup soy yogurt (3 oz / 85 g)
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds optional
  • 2 tsp lime juice optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy (30-45 seconds).
