- Frozen cherries
- Soy milk
- Chia seeds
- Maple syrup

- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth (30-45 seconds).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Ingredients
- ⅓ block soft silken tofu (4 oz / 113 g) (I use Mori-Nu)
- 1 cup frozen cherries pitted (140 g)
- ⅔ cup soy milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and no tofu or cherry chunks remain (30-45 seconds).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
