Vegan Cherry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Soft silken tofu (the Mori-Nu brand is my favorite)
  • Frozen cherries
  • Soy milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Maple syrup
  • Lemon juice

How to Make

STEP 1:
Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

STEP 2:
Blend until smooth (30-45 seconds).

STEP 3:
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • block soft silken tofu (4 oz / 113 g) (I use Mori-Nu)
  • 1 cup frozen cherries pitted (140 g)
  • cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and no tofu or cherry chunks remain (30-45 seconds).
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
