- Soft silken tofu
- Soy yogurt
- Baby spinach
- Cucumber
- Apple
- Pear
- Ground flaxseeds
- Lemon juice
- Maple syrup
How to Make a Vegan Protein Green Smoothie
Step 1:
Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. If the consistency is too thick, blend in 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it’s thinned to your liking.
Step 2:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
Vegan Protein Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 oz soft silken tofu (170 g)
- 2 tbsp soy yogurt (plain)
- 1 ½ cups baby spinach
- ½ medium cucumber (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium pear (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. If the consistency is too thick, blend in 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it’s thinned to your liking.

Notes
- If you’d prefer a colder smoothie, blend in 3-4 ice cubes or refrigerate the smoothie for 20-30 minutes before serving.
