How to make vegan Mango Protein Smoothie

STEP 1:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (about 10-15 seconds). If you find the consistency too thick, add more soy milk or water.

STEP 2:
Pour into a tall glass or large smoothie bottle. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz soft silken tofu (170 g)
  • 7 oz frozen mango (200 g)
  • cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (about 10-15 seconds). If you find the consistency too thick, add more soy milk or water.
