These adorable vegan granola cups are healthy and super easy to make. Whether you make these for breakfast, brunch or a sweet snack, I bet you’ll love it.

Ingredients

- rolled oats
- banana
- yogurt of your choice: you can basically choose whatever flavored yogurt you fancy! I personally like sweetened coconot yogurt.
- maple syrup: or agave syrup or rice syrup. or whatever liquid sweetener you prefer.
- Strawberries and blueberries: or whatever fruit you like, but make sure to chop them up into tiny little pieces.
How to Make
Step 1: In a medium bowl, mash the banana.

Step 1: Add the oats, and maple syrup to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.

Step 1: Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Push the mixture to the edges and bottom, so that you are creating a cup.

Step 1: Freeze the muffin tray for 30 minutes.
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the cups for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool off for 10 minutes.

Step 1: Add the yogurt and berries to each cup and serve immediately.
