No-Heat Vegan School Lunch Boxes

It’s rather complicated to find a microwave when you’re in school, but that doesn’t mean you should live on sandwiches and celery sticks, right? You can eat healthy and delicious, just make these no-heat lunch boxes!

I have created 5 school lunch boxes, that have everything you need to power through lessons! They contain fruits, snacks, grains, protein and veggies! And you can eat all of them cold!

I guarantee, it will be much more fun to go to school when you have these babies with you! 😉

italian pasta salad, orange slices, fresh blueberries and pretzels in a lunch box

Drink: cranberry juice
Fruit: orange slices, blueberry
Snack: pretzels
Lunch: Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • white beans
  • olives
  • tomato
  • vegan feta crumbles
  • chopped fresh basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Day 2

vegan sushi, kiwi halves, concorde grapes and candied pecans in a lunch box

Drink: lemonade
Fruit: grapes, kiwi
Snack: candied pecans
Lunch: veggie sushi mix

Day 3

white bean wraps, grapefruit slices, green grapes and popcorn

Drink: iced coffee

  • Chinese cabbage leafs
  • baby spinach
  • giant white beans

Day 4

italian sliders, half a banana, plums and dark chocolate

Drink: apple-cherry juice

banana, plums
Snack:
dark chocolate
Lunch:
Mini Artichoke Burgers

Ingredients:

  • mini hamburger buns
  • marinated artichoke hearts (quartered)
  • vegan cheese slice
  • tomato slice
  • lettuce
  • hummus

Day 5

Mexican corn and black bean salad, bell pepper slices, tomatoes, avocado, fruits and tortilla

Drink: Lime-Mint-Blueberry Infused Water
Fruit: green apple, red currants
Snack:
tortilla chips
Lunch:
Mexican avocado salad

  1. How did you make your veggie sushi please? The only ones I know how to make are far too involved to make in the am before work and they are always a bit soggy if made the night before. It was the only lunch I have not tried. The others were very tasty and inspirational, giving me some other lunch ideas, thank you.

    1. Hi! I’m so glad you liked the lunches! Unfortunately, I don’t make my own sushi usually, I just order it! It’s much easier like that.
