Tofu Bok Choy Stir Fry Ingredients
- firm plain tofu
- bok choy
- neutral, high temp. oil
- soy sauce
- Stir Fry Sauce
- sweet chili sauce
- garlic
- ground ginger
- Garnish
- sesame seeds
- sliced scallions
How to make vegan Tofu Bok Choy Stir Fry
STEP 1:
Drain the tofu and pat dry. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 2:
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium. (You can use a non-stick pan. If you are using a regular pan/wok, make sure the oil is super hot before putting the tofu in, otherwise it will stick to the bottom.)
STEP 3:
Fry the tofu cubes on all sides until golden brown and crispy (flip gently with a spatula).
STEP 4:
Reduce the heat to low, add the soy sauce and stir quickly until everything is covered.
STEP 5:
Over medium heat, add the stir fry sauce and bok choy to the tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes (or until the bok choy is wilted).
STEP 6:
Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
