  • Cantaloupe
  • Banana
  • Soy yogurt
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime juice
  • Maple syrup
  • Mint leaves

How to Make Vegan Strawberry Chia Pudding

Step 1: 

Add the oat milk, frozen strawberries, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a small bowl or glass jar.

Step 2: 

Stir the chia seeds into the strawberry milk mixture. Set aside to thicken for 10 minutes.

Step 3: 

Stir the chia pudding once again. Divide the mixture into two small glass jars and place the sliced fresh strawberries on top of each serving.

Step 4: 

Seal the lids on the jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
