4tbspherb cream cheesevegan
1mediumcucumberthinly sliced
2stemscallionssliced
3cherry tomatoeshalved
2radish bulbsquartered
1/2smallcarrotthinly sliced or "ribboned"
2pinchsalt
2pinchblack pepperground
Instructions
Start by spreading the cream cheese on the baguette slices. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cucumber ribbons as the leaf of the flower.
Then, add the scallion bits vertically, through the tooth pick as the stem of the flower.
Place the tomatoes, radishes and carrots on top of the pick.
Finally, sprinkle some more salt and pepper on the bites and serve.
