Instructions
Peel 10 medium sized apples and cut them into small chunks.
Put half of the chunks in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth puree.
Place a nut milk bag in a tall container, and spoon your puree in it.
Make sure the nut milk bag is closed. Start squeezing the bag gently, so that all of the liquid comes out into the container.
Repeat this process with the other half of the apples.
Pour your apple juice into a glass bottle through a funnel and a strainer.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days or use in other recipes.
