4cupwatermelon(cubed)
4peaches(sliced)
2cupstrawberries(quartered)
1cupblueberries
Rosewater Dressing
2tbsprosewater
2tbspmaple syrup
2tbsplemon juice
fresh mint leaves(optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Make the rosewater dressing by mixing all the ingredients, then add to the salad.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1-2 days.
