This Apple Cinnamon Smoothie is vegan, raw and sugar-free. The perfect, cozy breakfast drink for those cold Fall and Winter days (and Christmas!). It tastes like apple pie!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup apple juice* (homemade or fresh)
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy.
