Avocado White Bean Wrap (with Spinach+Cucumber)

Ingredients
  • 2 tortilla wraps
Avocado "Spread"
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch black pepper
Filling
  • 10 tbsp white bean cooked
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Cut the veggies and season them.

  3. Spread the mash on the tortilla wrap and add the veggies. Fold and and enjoy!
