Blueberry Almond Oatmeal - a high-protein vegan breakfast recipe, that's sweet, tart, crunchy and soft at the same time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp almonds chopped
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Cook the oats with the oat milk, water and frozen blueberries on medium heat, until you reach the desired (thick) consistency. Usually takes around 10 minutes.

  2. Top with lemon juice, maple syrup, fresh blueberries and chopped almonds.
