This vegan PiƱa Colada Smoothie is made with pineapples and coconut. Perfect for a healthy breakfast drink or a non-alcoholic "cocktail"!

  • 3 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice fresh
  • 4 tsp coconut yogurt or cream
  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 6 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp rum extract optional
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

  3. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and paper straws. Enjoy!
