1cupMedjool datespitted
4tbsppeanut buttersmooth, unsalted
6tbspnon-dairy milk
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Soak the pitted dates in very hot water for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, drain, then "massage" the excess water out of them.
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 5 minutes or until smooth.*

*Depending on the quality of your blender, your caramel could have tiny date chunks in it, even after 10minutes of blending.
