  • 2,5 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup pine nut
  • 1/5 cup olive oil
  • 4 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch pepper
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 cups whole wheat pasta
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water, then drain.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, put all the ingredients (except the nutritional yeast) to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Mix the pasta with the pesto.

  4. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on top.
