Tofu Chocolate Pudding is a delicious, high-protein vegan dessert that is also healthy. Silken tofu, cocoa powder and other wholesome ingredients are blended together to make this easy and creamy sweet treat.

Tofu Chocolate Pudding Ingredients

  • firm silken tofu
  • cocoa powder
  • oat milk
  • peanut butter
  • maple syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • Optional Toppings
  • halved fresh strawberries
  • banana slices
  • any nut butter
  • vegan whipped cream

How to make vegan Tofu Chocolate Pudding

STEP 1:
Prepare and measure out the ingredients.

STEP 2:
Warm up the oat milk on the stovetop or in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Stir in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved.

STEP 3:
Pour into a blender, then add the silken tofu, peanut butter, banana, maple syrup and vanilla extract.

STEP 4:
Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds).

STEP 5:
Pour the mixture into a glass/mason jar.

STEP 6:
For the best “pudding-like” texture, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or ideally, overnight. (You can eat/drink it right away too.)

STEP 7:
Top with sliced/halved strawberries.

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder (26 g)
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (32 g)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup (78 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings
