Why You’ll Love This Recipe
Alright, folks! Get ready to go to the farmer’s market or your garden and get yourself that fresh, juicy Summer produce to make this heavenly fruit salad! It’s almost better, than cake! Almost.
Ingredients

You will need the following ingredients:
- watermelon
- peaches
- strawberries
- blueberries
- rosewater
- lemon juice
- maple syrup
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
These are my favorite Summer fruits and they go really well together, but you can substitute your own favorites!
How to Make
Step 1:
Cut up all the fruits into your desired shape: cubes, slices, whatever.

Step 2:
Mix everything together in a bowl.

Step 3:
Make the dressing by mixing the rosewater, fresh lemon juice and maple syrup, then add it to the salad.

Step 4: (Optional)
Garnish your fruit salad with fresh mint leaves or chop the leaves up and add to the salad as an extra burst of flavor.
Easy, peasy!
That was what? Like 10 minutes? And now you are ready to serve this vibrant and healthy deliciousness.

Make-Ahead & Storage
You can make this salad and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. I don’t recommend keeping it there longer as the texture and color of the fruits will be ruined.
