Why You’ll Love This Recipe
Sometimes, you just need a Pina Colada on a cold, Monday morning. Obviously, without the alcohol. And in a healthy version. Luckily, a healthy pineapple-coconut smoothie is the easiest thing to do.
Ingredients
You will need: frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened, please!), fresh pineapple juice, shredded coconut, coconut yogurt or cream (whichever you have at home or prefer) and a ripe banana.
You will also need a blender, some smoothie glasses and paper straws (for the fun of it).
If you are brave or want to go all out, you can put some rum extract (imitation rum) in your smoothie as well. It will make it taste like the real deal, but you won’t actually get drunk. 🙂
P.S.: You can use fresh pineapple chunks as well, just make sure to include a few ice cubes (otherwise your smoothie will be quiet warm).
How to Make
Step 1:
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2:
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
