Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
  • cup warm soy milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional Toppings

  • strawberries
  • banana

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate, warm soy milk and maple syrup to a jar or container.
  • Stir until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  • Add your preferred fruit before eating. Enjoy.
