Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
- ⅔ cup warm soy milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional Toppings
- strawberries
- banana
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate, warm soy milk and maple syrup to a jar or container.
- Stir until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Add your preferred fruit before eating. Enjoy.
