  1. 5 stars
I am not vegan, but have been majority plant-based for 8 years. I have loads of vegan cookbooks, but have to say this site has the most comprehensive list of amazing recipes. I have gone through 10 of the recipes on the 39 cozy fall list so far – all wonderful. I rate them high in ease of prep, easy ingredients to find or substitute for, and tasty meals (got high marks from my “non-vegan” eaters). Making my way through the rest of the list. Thank you~
